Homewatch CareGivers of Western Mass is hiring compassionate care providers, both certified and non-certified, to work with clients in their home.
If hired, you will work with clients in and near your community to help them to stay happy, healthy, and safe in their homes.
Our clients have a wide range of abilities and needs and we work with them to promote independence where possible and provide accommodations and assistance in a way that respects their dignity and preferences.

Current Openings We have multiple shifts available including short shifts, average-length shifts, and long shifts (12
hours).
Our clients receive services at various times including daytime, afternoon-evening, and overnights.
CNA / HHA / Caregiver
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming (bathing, dressing, continence care, oral hygiene, etc) Assist clients with transfers (e.
g.
, in and out of bed or a chair), range-of-motion exercises or other physical activities, and ambulation.
Experience with assistive or adaptive devices such as walkers, wheelchairs, and Hoyer lifts is helpful Prepare meals based on clients' dietary needs and cultural/personal preferences Engage clients in conversation and activities they enjoy Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and recreational activities (Must have a valid driver's license and your own registered and insured vehicle) Complete light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes Medication reminders Other care or companionship needs listed on the clients' personalized care plans Record daily activities and report any changes to the health or well-being of the client(s) Commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the client(s).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
